When you order an advance replacement pager, we will charge you the regular replacement cost including shipping. Your replacement pager will arrive within a few days, double-boxed and postage paid, so you can return the defective pager to us at no additional cost. Upon the receipt of the defective pager, our technicians will examine it to ensure the pager has not suffered physical or moisture damage. We will then credit your Paypal account so as to reduce your total cost to $20.00.

Should we find the defect to be caused by physical or moisture damage, or if your pager is out-of warranty, we will notify you as such, and no refund will be issued. At your request, we will return the defective pager to you.
